Versatility Rating Standards

These ratings are provided to promote the individual Weimaraner's proficiency in multiple disciplines. The WAC wishes to encourage the versatility of the Weimaraner breed.

A. Requirements for Award of Versatile (V)
a. Twelve (12) versatile points minimum.
b. Twelve (12) points or more must be obtained from at least three (3) of the eight (8) groups.
c. Points are not cumulative in any one group (i.e. a UD entitles a dog to six (6) points. The CDX and CD cannot be added. Points are determined from the highest title earned in a particular category).

B. Requirements for the Award of Versatile Excellent (VX)
a. Twenty (20) points minimum.
b. Twenty (20) points or more must be obtained from at least four (4) of the eight (8) groups.
c. Points are not cumulative in any one group.

C. Requirements for the Award of Versatile Champion (VCh)
a. Twenty-eight (28) points minimum.
b. Twenty-eight (28) points or more must be obtained from at least five (5) of the eight (8) groups.
c. Points are not cumulative in any one group.

D. Requirements for the Award of Versatile Champion Excellent (VChX)
a. Thirty-six (36) points minimum.
b. Thirty-six (36) points or more must be obtained from at least six (6) of the eight (8) groups.
c. Points are not cumulative in any one group.
